At Woodbridge Publishers, we are committed to delivering premium publishing solutions, including book publishing, ghostwriting, audiobook production, and related services. Due to the customized and milestone-based nature of our projects, we have established the following refund policy to ensure transparency and mutual accountability with our clients.
All projects undertaken by Woodbridge Publishers are divided into defined phases or milestones, with payment schedules agreed upon in the client contract. Payments are processed via a secure payment processing channel powered by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover.
We strive to maintain a fair and professional relationship with our clients. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
A full refund may be issued if the project is canceled in writing before any work has commenced.
If the client cancels after the project has started but before a milestone is completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed, minus administrative and processing fees.
If Woodbridge Publishers fails to deliver services as outlined in the signed agreement and is unable to provide a satisfactory resolution, the client may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
We encourage clients to contact us directly at info@woodbridgepublishers.com to resolve any billing issues. Our team will review all refund requests and aim to provide a resolution within 2 business days.
If a dispute arises and cannot be resolved mutually, Woodbridge Publishers reserves the right to involve third-party mediation or legal counsel, in accordance with the governing law outlined in the service agreement.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting Woodbridge Publishers first to resolve the matter may be considered a breach of contract. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks with full documentation of the transaction and signed agreement.
Requests for modifications or cancellations to active services must be submitted in writing. Woodbridge Publishers will review the request and determine whether it qualifies for a refund or credit toward future services.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
